Black Sheep work with private and public organisations, asset owners, cultural strategists, local authorities and urban environment planners and developers, to design and mount frameworks for uniting People and Space/Resource(s) to create Place. We do so whilst ensuring that critical KPIs of a project, align with SPIs (Social Progress Indicators) to facilitate meaningful investment, planning and decision making.
We understand that Place-making is unique, nuanced and specific to localities, communities and Tribes of People. Through critical stakeholder engagement, we have the knowledge applications, skills and toolsets to approach Place-making strategy, design and value management, to meet the expectations, aspirations and intentions of projects in the public realm.
